Christopher Almaraz is the founder of AllSource Lending in Katy, Texas. Before entering the mortgage industry, Christopher built and led one of Houston’s most successful real estate organizations, where he recruited and mentored hundreds of agents, developed top producing teams, and created systems that helped professionals scale their businesses.
Known for his servant leadership approach, Christopher believes every client deserves to understand their financing options and make informed decisions with confidence. His background as a REALTOR®, team leader, coach, and educator allows him to guide borrowers through the mortgage process with clarity, transparency, and personalized service.
Christopher serves borrowers throughout Texas, specializing in first time homebuyers, move up buyers, investors, self employed borrowers, and clients seeking creative financing options.
As Branch Manager of AllSource Lending, Christopher is focused on building a culture where loan officers, REALTORS®, and industry partners can thrive together.
