Her experience includes both traditional and non-QM mortgage products, including bank statement loans, DSCR financing, asset utilization, P&L loans, jumbo financing, and other solutions for borrowers with more complex financial profiles

She works with self employed entrepreneurs, real estate investors, high-net-worth clients, ITIN borrowers, and clients with unique income structures, taking a strategic and solutions-focused approach to each scenario.
